Hello lovelies,
it's been a week since I wrote last post on my blog. I feel bad that I was so inactive, but not that bad, because I know I had some stuff to do. Let me tell you.. Las week we went on a trip to to Opava which was about 400 km / 250 miles to visit local breeder with six of registred Maine Coon kitties. If you have no idea how MCO looks like, just imagine the biggest domestic cat in the world, haha. Can you see now? So it took us about 5-6 hours to get there, then find a place to sleep, visit the most beautiful kitties I've ever seen in my life, be little disappointed, go sleep, visit the very first cat cafe in my life, decided to visit another breed of MCO on the way home, visit the lady and bring little Maine Coon princess home. Crazy enough in two days? Then you've never met my mother, haha. So yes, I've spent the last few days with my beloved seven, oh yeah, now it's number seven!! cats. Anyway, I think I'm gonna talk about it more in one of my Monthly Recaps and now I'm gonna show you one of my really old eye makeup looks I prepared for a hundred days of makeup challenge which I actually never started.
I created this look probably in January or February inspired by Valentine's Day. For many of you guys pink and purple evoke love and girl stuff, right? So that's what I was going for. Simple but still unique, am I right? That's what I love about colors. You can create something special and totally different from others while it's still subtle and nice. Once you try colors, you never can get enough of them, trust me.
I think I always repeat myself, but the only secret and necesarry skill for eye makeup is blending. When you learn to do that, the everything is just one big playground with colors. Don't expect anything crazy and dificult in here, haha. Only what I used for this look was some white / neutral base color for all my eyelid - white and peach for example. Then I took Morphe 35B palette and added some colors. For the upper lid I created a gradient with bunch of pink shades and on the lower lash line I grabbed some purple shade. To make the eye pop, I put Mary Lou Manizer from theBalm in the inner corner and under the brow bone. Then put some false lashes on, this particular one is from eBay and mascara. Voila and we are done.
Would you wear anything like this? What's your favorite colorful eye makeup?
I hope you enjoyed this like I did and I promise now on I'll be more active here, on BL and Twitter.
Have a great day!
Love, Michelle <3

Thank you so much.
DeleteSuch a beautiful eye, I definitely get spring vibes! I used to have a Maine Coon and I loved him, he lived for eighteen years and had the brightest green eyes I've ever seen. Have a lovely time with yours, I'm jealous of all your kitties I only have one!

Thank you, Katie. And wow, eighteen years? That's a very generous age. I wish I'll have this time with all of my beauties.
