Mixa, 24hr Moisturising Anti-dryness Cream

by - 9:00:00 AM

Hello lovelies,

a few days back I finished the cream from Mixa for very dry skin. Honestly, I think reviewing the skincare is very important after using at least half or better the third quarter of the product. You can't have an opinion on something after two uses, right? Anyway, this cream is supposed to be for very dry skin and contains 10% moisturising glycerine and protective shea butter. Mixa always makes her products hypoallergenic and paraben and alcohol free, which I think it's pretty awesome.

Price
I bought this in our local drugstore for about 7-8 bucks. I don't rememeber exact price, but it was really cheap.

Packaging
This cream comes in a squeezing tube which I do like a lot. The only con I saw was when I was finishing the cream, it was pretty difficult to squeeze everything out. The packaging has 50 ml / 1.7 fl oz, which is standard for facial creams. It took me probably two months to used it up.

Texture and scent
It has creamy formula, which is not thick at all. It's not ultra light weight either, so it does feel like it nourishes. The scent is very nice and not strong which I appreciate a lot.

Application
I always used five smaller dots to cover my whole face and I have some of a big face, haha. It was easy to spread everywhere and it soaked up pretty fast. It was little bit tacky after, so perfect for foundation application. The foundation stick on this very well, so it kinda worked like a facial primer. On the other hand the cream build up some kind of a layer on my face that my skin couldn't breathe - on my forehead and around mouth I could see drops of sweat after a while, which is not something what I look for, right?

Final thoughts
After all, I must admit that this cream is really good for nourishing and hydrating my dry skin. I din't have any dry spots after using this. It didn't clogged my pores, which was a big relieve. It didn't irritate my skin, so another big plus too. Over all except the sweat drops this was a really good cream. I'm glad I used it and I think this could be a great cheap alternative if I will be on a budget. Because of that I rate this with four stars.

Have a great day!

Love, Michelle <3
